will-power
In the world, will-power changes in resolution. Resolution comes from man and from man comes resolution. It is the will-power of man that makes the destiny and that is the power to win.
The feeling of victory should be assumed in all actions and behavior of life until self-power is steadily transformed into confidence. When the opposite feeling arises in your mind, then consider it completely false. In this way, we will always be able to remove the sad feelings.
Quiet the mind by sitting in solitude and by tending to the previously excited feelings, be excited and happy and feel the following feelings. Allow these feelings to circulate in your mind for some time.
"I am perfect for perfection. I will surely attain the siddhi. I have achieved siddhi"
इच्छा-शक्ति
संसारमा इच्छा-शक्ति संकल्पमा परिवर्तन हुन जान्छ । संकल्पबाट मनुष्य र मनुष्यबाट संकल्प हुन्छ । मानिसको इच्छा-शक्तिले नै भाग्यलाई बनाउँछ र त्यही नै जित्ने शक्ति पनि हो ।
विजयको भावना जीवनको सबै कार्य र व्यवहारमा तबसम्म धारणा गर्नु पर्दछ जबसम्म आत्म-शक्ति आत्मविश्वासमा स्थिररूपले परिणत हुँदैन । जब मनमा विपरीत भावना उठ्छ, तब त्यसलाई बिल्कुल झुट्टा सम्झ । यस रीतिबाट सदा उदासीन भावहरूलाई दूर गर्न सक्नेछौ ।
एकान्तमा बसेर मनलाई शान्त गर र पूर्वोत्त उत्तेजित भावहरूमा प्रवृत्ति गरेर उत्साहित र आनन्दित भएर निम्नलिखित भावना गर । केही समयसम्म यी भावनाहरूलार्य मनमा सञ्चार हुन देऊ-
“ म सिद्धिको लागि सिद्ध हुँ । म अवश्यमेव सिद्धिलाई प्राप्त गर्ने छु । मैले सिद्धि प्राप्त गरिसकेको छु ।”
